2020-2021 FORD FX Sat Nav Map SD Card UK & Europe
- So we bought a new ford focus sport in Jan 2013. The sat nav map on it is very old, 2009. When we purchased the focus we was led to believe we could download the new maps onto the sd card at no cost. Now ford has released an update at a cost of $240 and you have to order form a dealer. Whats the go FORD?
- I have opel insignia opc Navigation map SD card and i want to get a copy of that in to another SD card i tried with normal way copy and past Original all the files and folder in to 2nd SD card using my Laptop SD card slot and all the files and folders copied but when i insert the 2nd SD card in to my car it doesn't working nothing will show in the map, is there any way that i can copy this.

Ford Sat Nav Sd Card Downloads
Ok I own a 2011 Ford Focus and have owned it from new. it has the Sat-Nav built in and the maps are stored on the SD card to the left of the screen.
Recently tried to use it and it works as normal for entering the destination post-code. Once you click start it calculates the route, distance and time it will take and when it does this it think the car is somewhere in Birmingham.
Now I have nothing against Birmingham, however as I stay in Glasgow, Scotland it is clearly not working properly. I did manage to find a screen on the Unit that showed in red 'No GPS'.
I am wondering if this is an easy fix or if it is a trip to a ford garage? I try to avoid main dealers as they tend to pull your pants down and laugh at you.
I have googled it and some people have suggested you can use a generic GPS aerial and it can be found on Ebay but I have no idea what I am looking for.
